I would advise you all to not build with art homes. They work with cheap subcontractors which leads to poor quality work in your new home. If you have an issue with your house, dont let them get away with it. They make it seem like they are trying to fix the issue but they are just neglecting it. They waste your time in that way, in hopes that you will just give up on the issue.
