Our washer door seal was leaking water and black no matter how much I cleaned it.
The reply on Homestars was quick, he ordered the part and replaced it within a week. The price was reasonable, I would recommend this company.

Good stuff. Plea for help answered very swiftly and was there the following day. Discovered it was an electrical issue, not a draining issue. He fixed it and we could then watch a movie instead of doing all our dishes by hand again.

Our washer was making horrible noises so we called Octopus Royal to see about getting it fixed. Our tech was amazing and diagnosed the problem right away. They ordered the part and he came back to install it. When he opened up the washer, though, everything was reeeaaallly broken. He advised us not to fix the current washer and to get a new one. He then refunded the money we paid for the part and helped us carry our washing machine pieces to the garage. We were so impressed with his assistance and honesty. Great job, Octopus Royal. This company was quick to respond. The repair woman was exceptional and found the issue quickly. She was friendly and explained the problem in detail. A part was ordered and they came back to finish the repair the next day. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and repaired my washer they chased me to get this done. I am in the condo building business and will recommend this company for my next install.
