Called for service in the evening. Was given a window of 9 - 11:00 the next day. Serviceman (Ofer) arrived , he was very polite and enthusiastic to repair my dryer, investigated the situation, told me and showed me what was causing the problem, gave me an estimate, which was less than I had budgeted for to get it repaired instead of buying a new one, I agreed with the estimate and gave him the go-ahead, he needed to come back next day with parts, came early next day, replaced the parts, gave me some hints for the future on keeping my appliance clean and running smoothly, we shook hands, I asked for his card so I could refer him to my friends and he was off. All in all a very pleasant experience which is not usually the way you'd describe an appliance service call!
