Our washer broke and I luckily stumbled across Ofer's company no this website. Definitely not regretting. Ofer came within 30 mins of me calling him and performed a quit and thorough diagnostics.
He was very honest and provided all costs and prices for parts necessary for repairs. He even sent me an exact part and where to buy it if I chose to do the repairs myself.
We ended up buying a new washer since it was not worth to repair.
I applaud Ofer for being honest, professional and very pleasant to deal with.
I'd definitely recommend him for any appliance repair.
