Remove old soil, put new soil, and plant flowers in the front
Mickey came on August 11, 2022. He took out old soil, put new soil and planted some flowers that day. More plants were needed. Mickey said he was going out of the country the next day, for a week. When he comes back he would finish the job. It is Sept 21st today; he hasn't come yet. On Aug 31st I was told Mickey wasn't back from his trip. He was expected back in couple of days and would call me. I was also told Mickey had said he has more plants to do and he wanted to do it himself. I contacted Kester by email to send someone else to finish the job. There is no response to my email. I paid the invoice in full on Aug 12th, believing
that Mickey would come back after a week to 10 days to finish the job.
My husband and I are very disappointed that our garden has not been completed by the company

I bought and installed sod and 10bags of soil (Cost$156 ) for you free of charge, why not mentioned this also, but because I'm unable to come plant 3 extra plants Ontime for you free of charge I'm here getting a bad name Nagil?
