Open Concept Renovations

We received quotes to finish our unfinished 1200 sq. ft. basement. After meeting Wilson from Open Concept Renovations, we decided that he was the best fit for the job. He knew his stuff, had the right attitude, and his price was reasonable. The 6-7 week job was done on schedule with a very high degree of quality. He provided suggested layouts and made alterations to satisfy our needs as required. We provided certain material (at our request) and Wilson other material. Every day his crew put down and removed mats to protect the floor. Work was punctual and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Also, his sub trades were fantastic and very highly skilled. They included electrical, drywall and wood flooring. Very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend Wilson and his right hand man Filipe in a heartbeat, along with other crew members. Also, Wilson did not skimp on things. High quality tools were used, he had everything. Filipe was super! He is a jack of all trades and does excellent work! His painting was better than professional painters. Ceramic tile work and plumbing, outstanding. Laser levels used everywhere. Thanks Filipe!!! Other people in his crew also did very high quality work. Thanks guys for your excellent work!!!

There may be a longer wait for a start date, but I guess one has to wait for the good guys!
