The Elegant Bathrooms team is a full service renovation company and guides you along the entire process. We had our kitchen, powder room, laundry room and ensuite renovated by the Elegant Bathrooms. Patrick worked with us from our idea and design stage through completion. His team looks after organizing all the trade vendors required for our projects.

Working with the Elegant Bathrooms team is a positive experience even during difficult times. Our renovation was completed for over 6 months when we come home from a week away and noticed that the water connection to our fridge was leaking through our basement ceiling. We contacted Patrick about the issue and Roger came out the same day to assess the issue. The Elegant Bathrooms team repaired the damaged from the leak and fixed the fridge waterline all at their expense. The Elegant Bathrooms team work is detailed and always ensures youre happy with the final project.

We are very happy with the two bathrooms that were renovated by Elegant Bathrooms. We found the company to be honest, knowledgeable, and personable. We felt that they listened to what we wanted. They guided us to make good decisions when we were unsure. The quality of work was outstanding. They were kind, they worked hard and they made the renovation a positive experience. A friend recommended we go to Elegant Bathrooms as the regular Hardware stores cannot provide the selection or service. We thought the specialty stores would be expensive. Its about the same price, but the service you get has no comparison. So happy with the selections we made, Betty made it easy. Everything in one place is so convenient!

The owner and his team of expert tradesmen did an excellent job - from start to finish in 9 days of non stop work. The superb detail, careful thought and planning was reflected in not only the finished product, but also in the process. They provided detailed invoices and pricing so there were no ugly surprises. While the work was in progress, his team cleaned as they worked so there was as little mess as possible. They have improved the safety and overall appearance of the bathroom and Im the envy of my family and friends!

Our experience with Elegant Bathrooms was nothing but positive from beginning to end.
Patrick started the whole process by coming and measuring the site and listened to our vision and adding his professional opinion where he thought necessary.
Betty helped with all the design features and planning the layout with experienced insight and knowledge.
Roger (and sons) and Tom were nothing but professional all the way. They were on time and came when they said they would and were very clean and left the work site tidy every day. They took pride in their workmanship and we would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a bathroom renovation. They worked closely with us when there was an unexpected issue ( due to previous contractors) that need to be addressed before the job could continue. We came to a mutual decision and we all adapted to the plan changes very easily.
