Had Kdm install a new furnace they were quick affordable and great customer service would highly recommend this company

Thankful that Dan and his team came during a snowstorm to complete the job. They were in and out, efficient, Knowledgeable and down to earth. I will definitely call them back for our next project! Now to cook those meals :)

Dan was amazing. There’s nothing worse than waking up in the morning and finding your house is below 55°. He was quick to come out and assess the situation. Unfortunately boxing day got in the way of getting parts. Once he had the parts he was quick to fix the problem and went out of his way to make sure it was fixed right and I had heat back on once again. I would highly recommend KDM to family and friends.

Thanks to everyone from the KDM Team. We required a new furnace after our blower motor broke down and our unit was close to 14years old. Daniel was very knowledgeable, provided great advice, and thoroughly explained the installation process on the initial visit. They also provided us with space heaters for the night to keep our family warm while we were without heat in the middle of the winter. Dan and Mike arrived the next day to install our new furnace. They were very professional and did a great job explaining what they were doing and how to work the system once installed. I will recommend KDM Home & Gas to anyone looking for HVAC service or installation. Great company and excellent staff.

Daniel's service was excellent. I wanted it done quickly, and he accommodated that, even changing dates for me as I needed another day to get the place for the stove ready. He responded to all my communications. He did the job quickly and efficiently. There were no problems at all. He is very friendly. He has good competitive pricing. He restarted everything else in the house for me that ran on gas, and installation of the stove was included in the price. I would highly recommend him.

KDM Home and Gas has gotten me out of a few tough situations. As someone that manages quite a few properties. I depend on them quite frequently for quick and affordable repairs and replacements. Dan and his crews have always done a great job for me at a fair price and we will continue to use them for many years to come.

We needed to replace an old water heater. Daniel and friends did a quick inspection a few days prior to give us an accurate quote and that no additional work is needed.

The installation itself went super smoothly and was done in about an hour. They rolled out a carpet to prevent damage and make sure everything would remain clean. They also re-used as much of the existing materials as they could.

Big thank you for returning the old rental tank to Reliance on our behalf and being patient with the extra hassle they provided.
