Outstanding customer service! We purchased a home with an existing steel roof and were having issues (the roof was not installed by Monarchy Roofing Inc). We called Monarchy Roofing to see if they can help us address the issue. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with, always keeping us updated on the repair schedule. Vlad, who came out and addressed the issue was very professional and you can tell he takes significant pride in his work. We have a number of properties, and we WILL be calling Monarchy Roofing for those properties. This is an amazing company who truly cares about their workmanship and customers.
