Customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. very responsive by email up until giving a courtesy call when they were close to arriving. The two individuals who arrived were professional and very personable. Edgar and his teammate (for training) were able to fix the problem within twenty minutes and provide quick education on how to properly maintain front loader washing machine to avoid future issues. Not only were they able to fix the issue competently but did it with a smile and humour. Definitely would use them again!
