We had a stove burner that stopped heating up, so it was down to two things, either repair it or replace the stove. We decided to try repair since we had narrowed down the issue. Edgar was very responsive, knowledgeable and got the work done very quickly. He had the parts in stock and listed everything that could be wrong and the costs so we could make an informed decision. The stove is working again and his company was offering a 25$ discount for first-timers which we forgot to apply and he had no issue with applying it after the fact and refunded me 25$ off the bill which we really appreciated. Also, he offered to provide guidance any time we wanted to do a DIY repair.
