I renovated the washrooms in my home using this company and both the washrooms had plumbing and work quality related issues within a year of completion of job. for getting support I have reached out to Eric who was the lead contractor numerous time with no response back from him either on email or phone/text messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Eric and his crew did a phenomenal job. We researched many different places before settling on S&B. Eric was very professional and provided a fair quote. The team performing the work were incredibly considerate of our work from home situation and worked very hard to ensure they finished everything on schedule. They were organized and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the finished bathrooms. Eric and the team guided us on the best decisions for how to lay things out and the materials to use and we were consulted throughout the process. It was truly a great experience. We love the custom shower door as well (which was cheaper than buying in store!).

If you are like us and looking for a contractor that is trustworthy, professional and does great quality work, we highly recommend them.

Had to carve out space from the master bedroom to add a standing shower and redo hardwood floors, drywalls and insert new tiling. Great work! On time and On Budget. The team is very attentive to feedback and is customer focused. Will use again for future projects.

We needed to close an office in the basement , and insulate all the noise coming from the furnace room . Eric and his team did very good job, painted drywalls with the electric wiring and high grade insulation. Beautiful Vinyl flooring too.

I asked Eric to break down our current deck and replace with new boards which would be stained. Job included removal and rebuild of the decks. The build went well but were all nailed when some deck boards were to be screwed in place to provide access to the roof drainage area ( these were just dropped in and left loose). Not acceptable.
We communicated but Eric was only interested in booking more work, when this was not done correctly. One of his workers also came to stain and that ended up being 3 days and he used my T-shirt for a rag. Eric finally showed up to receive his last $500 with one 6ft board to replace the 22 ft of timber railing?

We are very happy with the work done and deck created. Eric and his team were really nice, knowledgeable and provided expert advice. It was great that he was so honest with us the whole time the Deck was being built and always made sure that we were happy and respected. He valued our opinions and went above and beyond – and completed the job earlier than we expected!

After the deck, Eric and his team quoted us for our bathroom. It was completed on time and on budget. Eric and his crew did a really good job at making sure that there was as little disruption to us and our lives, and also that any dirt/dust/debris was kept to a minimum. They were great to work with, very professional, friendly, and their end results are proof enough to hire

I was patient with searching for the right GC with the many nightmare stories I’ve heard. A friend referred Eric at S&B GC (considering it’s so hard to find a trustworthy contractor). Eric answered my calls right away and met within a few days at our home to discuss the work and cost. He was very thorough with walking me through the process and even came back later that day to meet with my husband and clarify anything that I forgot to ask about earlier.
We were in great hands. He was professional, informative, understanding, and patient with us, our requests, changes, questions, and last minute phone calls! Above all, he made sure that we felt comfortable and confident in having him in our home and we were so happy – Eric and his team exceeded our expectations of a contractor.

We hired Eric again for our for our kitchen remodeling and are extremely happy with the results. His crew are so skilled and it really shows in the work and end results.
