The receptionist called them after finding them online. A guy came over diagnosed the problem rather quickly which is what I wanted as I have many employees that have their lunches in that fridge. Managed to fix it without needing a part. Did it rather quickly. They got the job done, which is why you call these guys in the first place.

Prompt same day service when other repair companies could not provide help for at least a couple of days. Service technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs.

My fridge stopped working in the middle of the night on a Wednesday. I called PCHS and they were able to send someone that same day to diagnose it. Unfortunately parts needed to be ordered so it couldn't be fixed the same day. But the technician was very knowledgeable. Once the part arrived, they send someone on Saturday. It was quick and now the fridge works perfectly.

My washing machine was leaking at the bottom during the draining cycle. Suspected the bellow was bad and had a new bellow ordered from whirpool.The technican Jermaine had it installed after confirming it was indeed the bellow showing where the huge hole was on the old one. He made sure he did not leave a mess, also pleased with the professional manner he conducted himself and gave detailed explanation of what he was going to do and even, how and why.
