Stay Away. Waste of time & money

Whitby,ON (December 2019): I called in for a repair service for my fridge and the technician (Mr. Moez) was not only unprofessional but also incompetent. He had no clue and had no systematic approach of problem solving. Myself, I'm an engineer and specialize in problem solving - although fridge or electronics is not my scope, I know what it takes.
I wasted my time and money ($80 + taxes for service call) and still unclear what's wrong, what needs to be fixed, how much it would cost. Absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
