Self Build Canada

May 2019. My project entailed widening my driveway by removing a 20' X 5' X 4' section of a small hill beside my driveway and the installation of a 3' high 20' long, block and mortar retaining wall.
Feargus from Self Build Canada came to review the project within a couple of days of my request and we agreed on the scope of the project and the price.

I found him to be very knowledgeable and he made some very helpful suggestions. I was also very pleased to find out he was not a sales rep, he was the guy who, with his crew, was going to be on site doing the work.
Feargus scheduled my project for the following Friday. On Friday morning Feargus arrived with his crew and completed the digging, installation of the footing, and thoroughly cleaned the site.

They returned the next day and completed the wall. Two days later they came back to complete the driveway asphalt as we had to wait 2 days to allow the wall the dry.
While digging Feargus found an underground pipe that required a design change. With my approval he modified the design to accommodate the obstacle and DID NOT charge extra.

I will definitely use Self Build Canada (Feargus) again for future projects.
In conclusion: He showed up when he said he would show up, did exactly what he said he was going to do, left the site perfectly clean, and his price was very competitive.
