Art Metal was always very responsive to any queries, and was flexible with our changing schedule. We were pleased with the range of railing options. They came out and measured for a quote, 2 hours out of Toronto, and gave clear advice as to repairs to the deck required. We were very pleased with the final work -- a very hardworking crew who worked with the anomalies of an old house without complaint. We've had lots of compliments from neighbours.

Excellent service. Both estimate visit and installation visit were scheduled and occurred on time. Installation was quick and efficient and all evidence of construction debris was well cleaned up. Final project exactly as presented in both pictures and pricing quote.

Smooth ordering process, good customer service and we're very pleased with the product. Installation was quick and efficient and the installers were polite and on the ball. Definitely recommend NW Aluminum!

They were prompt on coming to our house to assess the project that we had in mind. We needed a railing around our hew deck and another one going down a new stairwell. We discussed various options and designs, and then within two weeks, they came back with final design specs and confirmed measurements.
Again, with the next 4 weeks, the railings were produced and they came to install them.
The final installation looks lovely.

They do excellent work and great customer service. I would use them again if I need another fence. Very professional and polite they also left it the area very clean.
