Over charge and incomplete work ,False advertising
CUSTOMER BEWARE Gregs Plumbing and Heating are dishonest, and not upfront about after hours rates.After hours rate starts very early, 4 PM.They start charging their exorbitant rate the second they get in their vehicle.
Their Website states they are in Dundas. If you want to support locally owned companies, beware they are actually in East Hamilton Mountain.
This company was paid for a job they did not complete in January 2024.
Numerous requests to have the owner Greg contact us, the date and time set up to have a conversation, did not happen.
They farmed out our job to a Sister Company who charges even more. We were not informed of this.
The alleged facts stated by the company employees varied significantly depending on whom you spoke with.
Theres a reason this company is not listed with BBB.
Absolutely do not recommend.More information available, including pictures should anyone have questions.
