We recently used Fixed Contracting Services Inc. to remove and replace our storm damaged roof and from our favourable experience with them, we highly recommend using their services.

Greg reviewed the roof and Yuriy provided an in-depth quotation to replace the roof. Igor and his crew were quickly mobilized to proceed with the work. They were very friendly, accommodating, and respectful and we especially thank Igor for his excellent work and for providing us with clear answers and action to our queries and requests. Additional plywood, new vents and drip edge were installed in less than 2 days and we were most impressed with the post installation roof, gutter and grounds cleanup effort.

With the materials selection expertise of Fixed Contracting for the shingle, drip edge, membrane and ice/water layer and their solid workmanship to ensure the proper warranty, we have the confidence for the longevity of the roof.

Greg came by afterwards and provided a complete roof walk-thru inspection for final sign off and quality check - well done.

Then, Yuriy came by the next day, tidied up a very minor issue and explained the warranty period. We felt at the conclusion of the project, our concerns for any future issues will be taken care of.

Our cedar roof with multiple peaks on different levels and a flat balcony were replaced by Fixed Contracting Services Inc. Despite the complexity of the roof, Denis and his team made this a stress free process from start to finish.

This summer of 2022, Fixed Contracting Services Inc. did an excellent job installing new shingles on our roof. Start to finish, it was done professionally and beyond our expectations.

They were recommended and hired by our insurance company. They came quickly and removed and replaced the shingles with the best durability. Nice workers and hard workers.
