BCI was flexible and professional from beginning to end. He came out multiple times to chat with my family to explain everything in detail. We had to rearrange some of the dates and he was able to come and help remove the stairs so another job could get completed and then he came back to continue the job. One of the stones didnt seem quite right and he came back and swapped it out for a much nicer one. Amazing! A true professional in the industry. I would not only gladly recommend this company to anyone and everyone else but I would use them again and again. Amazing work and very helpful. Many neighbours continue to walk by and tell us how beautiful the stones and steps are.
