I paid for a deep cleaning and received far from that. The tiles on the bathroom walls were not cleaned, there are several areas of the house that I can see the dust that still remains, two picture frames were broken and not reported, and worst of all, items were removed from shelves and not put back in the right places, let alone neatly. Books were just tossed back onto bedside tables and shelves instead of being stacked neatly as they had been. The blinds were also not cleaned satisfactorily. I emailed right away to say how unhappy I was with the service and no one ever responded to me. I would not recommend this company and they have lost my business.

I apologize for the experience you have had with us. We have received your email on Friday at 6 pm, after hours, our office was already closed. We are also closed on weekends, and because our customer service team only has 2 people for now (hopefully soon we'll have a bigger team to decrease the response timeline), we take 24-48 hrs (on business days) to reply all emails and requests. However, we had Claudia, our team manager replying to your email last yesterday offering you a return at no cost to go back at your home this week and re do whatever didn't make you happy. We take all feedbacks very serious and we always try to improve where is needed, and also find the better solution to solve any concerns.
As you can see in all our platforms we have good reviews from lots of clients that have used us, and unfortunately your experience was not the greatest but I believe our team has competence to fix and revert your opinion about us.
