Our Viessmann boiler was at the end of its expected life. We called RMS for a quote. Roberto and his crew of Kyle and Charlie did a fine job of the replacement. It originally looked like a tangled mess of pipes to me but Kyle took one look at it and said it looked pretty straightforward. The system sprung a leak recently and Roberto was over quickly and had it fixed. Good people and good work.

Roberto has been maintaining my old boiler for years but it finally wore out. It was almost 30 yrs old. The new boiler went in in one day and required 1 adjustment for it to be fully satisfactory and he did that as soon as I asked.

Roberto worked hard to answer all my questions and alleviate my concerns. He made sure that I had the right Stanton for my needs and that it qualified for all the allowable maximum rebates and interest free government loans. He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure my heat pump and gas furnace combo was installed and working efficiently. I already see the difference in my heating bill!

Roberto is a man of his word. Bought the furnace last Sept., Then 5 months later found out there was no filter. He had it scheduled but forgot! Roberto replaced the whole thing at no extra cost. He also has an able assistant named Kyle. Price includes new thermostat and 2 years free tune ups.

RMS Heating & Cooling recently replaced our natural gas furnace and air conditioner with a central heat pump system. Roberto explained how the central heat pump system works and the benefits of moving from natural gas to electric. The changeover was done efficiently and quickly. The workers were always cordial and informative. There were no surprises and our expectations were met.
