Vivint Smart Home Security Edmonton

Vivint salesperson came to our door to talk to us about their Home Security product. He explained the service and cost well. Answered all of our questions. He was polite and professional. An hour after signing up for the service the technician arrived and installed the system. He didn't to come back the next day to finish as it was getting late. He was quick & clean. He explained everything before he left. Very satisfied with the product and the process. We purchased the equipment and have an ongoing monthly charge. This service is only $8.00 more than our current service but provides 200% more for the money.

The system has been excellent. The technician installed the system quickly and any issues have been resolved accurately and promptly. Mobile App makes access and monitoring easy. I definitely recommend Vivint and definitely advise to upgrade to home automation.

Very good customer service. First home security system we have and best choice of security systems . We now feel safer inside our home and we are saving money on our electricity.

We were looking for an integrated home security system and are exceedingly pleased with our new Vivint system. Service has been excellent. Appointments were all on time. Staff were skilled and helpful. We are very pleased with the app based approach and use our telephones to control our garage door, doorbell reply, change the temperature in our home, lock all of our doors, and monitor movement and water and carbon monoxide in the home. Couldn’t be happier.
