Horrible company. Quoted me a price for the work and when completed the owner tried to get more money from me. The interlocking brick completely fell apart after 2-3 weeks.

When I asked the owner to come and fix the problem he said he could only come in the spring. So I waited. Over the winter the interlocking bricks sunk another foot or two. Very dangerous situation.

I contacted the company in the spring and they ignored me until I told them I would write some bad reviews, put in a complaint to BBB (which, they are not a member - I wonder why???), I might take them to small claims court and all of a sudden they responded. They have basically said they never guaranteed the job - what? It stated on their own website all work is fully guaranteed. They are intimidating, they try to wear you down by sending email after email about what I, as a customer, has to do. They wanted me to write an absolution letter about their company BEFORE they gave me my money back. They want me to lower the price of what I paid, etc.

Horrible, horrible company. STAY AWAY from them please. These pictures were taken ONLY 2-3 weeks after the job was done. Now, after the winter, the bricks have completely fallen off and sunk even more.

This company will lock you into a price at first, but they will quickly start to ask you for more money. They are rude and incompetent. They do not care about quality and their employees complain about the managers lack of care and knowledge about this industry. Buyer beware.
