The other day we ran into a prob with our dishwasher, it was displaying E:15 error and watertap was flashing. I could hear something trying to run, so that wasn't good. After a some internet research I found a couple of suggestions which I very carefully followed.
I then called Bosch support after those didn't work and they advised it was out of warranty and gave me the names of 6 repair companies (none of the AJ). I looked for reviews of each of the referred and was disappointed reviews were bad and some even had some Better Business Bureau complaints.
I then used ChatGPT and looked for highly reviewed appliance repair reviews. While it didn't provide me specific options it suggested I look into HomeStars.
After a quick sign-up I posted my request and within about an hour I had heard back from AJ. I checked his reviews, all current and positive. This was about 19:00 so I replied back that I would be interested in service ASAP.
The next day I had a quick call with AJ and literally within the hour he was at the door. Not only was he Polite and Prompt, he even had the part ( I realize luck is a factor ).
Nevertheless I give him a 9/10 only holding back a perfect 10 because to me a 10 looks like shilling and isn't feasible unless it's free.
