While cleaning damaged my exterior door handrail to basement and scratched dryer approximatly a year ago since telling them never wanted them back have had an average of 5 phone calls a week sometimes two in one day to see if I wish to have them back . have told them repeatedly will never have them back and threatened to call BBB on several occasions they just keep phoning
