A friend of ours recommended Sosabuilt, and we are so glad. Patrick did a full main floor renovation on our townhome, and a full bathroom on the upper level, in addition to some painting and trim work. We had a tight timeline, as we were expecting our second child and wanted to be settled in time for his arrival. From the very beginning, we had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted and the budget we had to work with. Patrick laid out a comprehensive contract clearly outlining everything we had requested, how much it would cost and how long it would take. He kept to his word, and finished right on time and (mostly) on budget. We changed a couple things, which ended up adding to the cost, but everyone was completely transparent about the additional costs — there were no surprises. We really enjoyed working with him, and his crew. He took some of his own personal time to accompany us to pick out flooring and appliances. Communication was open, and he was always available if we had any questions or concerns. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to craftsmanship and precision, and Patrick and his crew showed up big time. Special shout out to his painter Alex, who was scrupulous when it came to his work. He went above and beyond to make sure our walls, trim and cabinets looked perfect. The flooring crew was also very hardworking. They worked fast to complete the job, all the while maintaining quality. All in all, a very professional and positive experience. We have had so many compliments on the reno, it completely changed the look and feel of our home and elevated it to another level. Pictures don’t do it justice, I only wish I had some before shots to show the difference! 10/10 will use Patrick and his crew again.
