This was not a great experience Shawn came out gave me two quotes one for removal of old grass and pavers and new pavers and sod and one for removal and all pavers throughout the entire backyard. I decided on the most affordable and efficient which was the sod.once I did the price went up $400 than initial quote. The reason for the jump in price was explained part was to discard the old pavers etc and I agreed. Job was to take 1.5 days but dragged on for over the period of three days with me having to call and text to ask when he will be back to complete the job. When I asked for
a receipt I was told I would have to pay HST to get a receipt.
The communication with Shawn is very poor he sent text saying his workers and other clients are stressing him and wanted a second deposit on the first day to pay his workers . When he showed up on the third day he worked alone and left me with garbage and material to discard of. I hate writing negative reviews but I was so disappointed. The job completed is satisfactory but there is plenty I will now have to do as there is a lot of unfinished parts. I feel that because I didnt choose the higher price job and other factors I was not given the best service.
