It's my 2nd time dealing with Draft Control; Selim left a good impression the 1st time around that I felt I trusted him only to address this other issue. Again he did not disappoint, he was punctual, very professional and respectful. He diagnosed the problem right away. Explained what the issue was and gave very helpful advice.
