Attempt to bill for unrequested diagnostic

RnR customer service has been terrible in a billing dispute! We asked them to do a repair (and sent pictures ahead of the part needing to be replaced), but rather than repair they came out and did a "diagnostic call". Now they're threatening us with collections even though they never actually did what we asked!
