Does not prioritize maintenance service

I called this company for repairs on my Bosch ductless mini-split because they were certified experts in this system. After providing the specific model numbers, they assured me they had the necessary expertise. However, the technician missed the first appointment without any notification. When I contacted the dispatcher, she informed me he had been assigned another job and bumped me without notice.

I decided to reschedule, but this led to more issues. After four attempts over a month, each time the technician either prioritized installation jobs over my repair or, in one instance, arrived without the required expertise to solve the problem. This has been a significant waste of time, involving multiple appointments and numerous phone calls.

This company does not prioritize customer service for repairs once a system is installed. I would caution anyone considering their installation services, since they will not prioritize supporting you in the future when you need maintenance.
