King Carpet Cleaning

BEWARE! They are Conman & unprofessional. DON'T USE THEM OR THEIR SERVICES. These guys DO
VERY BAD quality work. we should have believed all the negative reviews we heard about them in other places, but we trusted the house cleaner who insisted on calling them only.

They do very good marketing and give customers very bad and low quality work, customer service is even worst than that.

We told them me and my son has dust allergy and that's why weneed through deep cleaning.

They said they have fixed price of 139$ for 4 rooms house carpet deep cleaning, shampooing & steam cleaning (we gave them a completely empty house before we moved in) when they came to home they said the carpets are smelling (we didn't smell anything though as the house of relatively new) and also need to do pest control & use disinfectants as there might be bed bugs in future and charged 120$ extra for chemical pest control, another 80$ for deodorizing. Total charged us 340 plus taxes 385$. And demanded to send them the e-transfer immediately after they finished the work. Instead of 139$ we ended up paying almost 400$

Raj said he will send photos of before and after and send a report on the work plus send the invoice/bill after we send the payment. None of the above, nothing is sent to us to date inspite of repeated reminders. They charged taxes but never gave invoice or bill.

They claimed they use green detergents and chemicals to clean, another misrepresentation.

When we reached the home next day, we saw the carpet looked ok, there were some designs that they made with their stream brush, but the moment we sat on carpet, it started itching the skin. On a closer inspection we found there were 100s of hair in the whole place, every square foot had 10-20+ hair. On curves there were hair and dust, On tapping carpet there was so much dust and lint. There were hair of all sizes and colors.

It felt like they just bleached the carpet with chemicals and wet them instead of thorough deep cleaning.

The carpets started looking dirty few days later and very hard/rough due to harsh chemicals.

They finished the whole house in just 1 hour, that means they claimed they did vacuuming, shampooing, steam cleaning, chemical pest & bacteria disinfectant treatment, and deodorizing for 4 large (including 16/15 by 12 ft rooms) all in 1 hour. We timed out when they said they came and when they asked for payments.

The real torture started after we informed then about dirty the carpet & corners are, and how there is hair inside the carpet fibers everywhere embedded into the carpet and also asked for invoice. They kept promising to call and come to redo it. They asked us to send pics of all the hair in every place in carpet. Street we sent the pics they claimed the 100s of hair were put by the cleaners who did deep cleaning in the house, and Raj/King guys never showed up to do the work properly.

We requested then to cover and see themselves, they kept promising but never came.

Be careful of such con-men and don't let them fool you.

Now we have to call another carpet cleaning guy to get it done, as we even fell sick within 1 day of moving in. Have to spend 100s of dollars after paying almost 400$ to King Carpet Cleaning guys.
