Excellent same day response to an emergency situation! Provided fast and clean service from removal of the old water tank in the basement to installation of a new system. All completed based on new codes and requirements. Their team is professional, friendly and reliable. Fixed the humidifier as well which was not part of the plan! I strongly recommend him.

We are totally satisfied by the overall service from Sarman Air, John is very friendly and knowledgeable, he helped us diagnose our old furnace and gave us options for repairing or changing the old furnace. When our 16 year old furnace wasn’t working properly on a very cold day, we put out a request for quotes on Homestars. John called and offered to come the next morning which was perfect, since we had no heat. He arrived promptly and was extremely polite and professional. He was totally transparent about costs for the service call and the labor before doing anything to ensure we were all on the same page. He determined that the furnace had a plugged drain pipe, so he cleaned it out and checked out the rest of the parts, which appeared to be in decent working order. John mentioned that the work he had done should last us until the end of the season but that we should consider buying a new furnace since our current furnace was near the end of its lifespan and provided a very resonable quote for the install of a new unit. When we need to get a new furnace installed we will contact john for sure!
