I used Lendrix at the recommendation of a friend, for an AC install recently and could not be happier. Justin was very responsive and answered all my questions.

During talks for schedule and getting more information, he made everything clear and how the process worked, payment and all the information I would need about taking care of an AC. Justin recommended smart thermostats, and told me which ones to stay away from. He was nice enough to install it for free during the AC install.

We had a lot of snow during the initial time of install and was not able to be completed. He explained why and made an appointment to come back. He continued to be in contact, answer my emails. I never doubted he would get the job done. After everything was wrapped up, he gave me more instruction and sent me an info pack on how to use the AC effectively and let me know to reach out at any time if there is a question or issue.

My only downfall was not using Lendrix for the furnace we had installed last year. Would highly recommend, and have recommended to friends already.

Justin and team is amazing! The quoting process was very smooth, he was able to do everything over email. I quoted with 5 vendors and he gave me the most competitive price.

I got a few estimates for my AC installation and Justin(Lennix HVAC) was the most reasonable and affordable. I met Lendrix installer's during the installation. They were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My unit was installed in a timely fashion without any issues. Installer took the time to explain everything to me. What to do before the start up of my AC, and he followed up with additional information for my reference in the event I don't remember the instructions he provided which I think was a very good idea. He also gave me additional info on how to set my thermostat before operating the AC. The basement was also cleaned after the wiring was done. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the services I received from Lendrix HVAC Service

Justin and the team did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC. We had an oversized furnace and they were incredibly accommodating with getting this beast out of our basement, and better yet, did the entire installation in one day. Justin was incredibly informative about what we were purchasing, how to care for it, and the entire installation process. The level of customer service with this team is unreal. Justin and Cole made the long trip out to Cremona to install four mini splits for us in our upper bedrooms. They thought it would take 2 days but because they worked so hard they finished in one day, a WARM day. Their hard work meant we could sleep in a beautifully cool bedroom for the first time in many many summers. A fantastic job well done. : )
