We are very happy with Lendrix and their installation of our new AC system. Krystle and Justin are an awesome team that provide a very personable approach to providing service to their clients. Krystle was very patient in answering our questions and knowledgeable in providing us with the information we needed to make our choice. With the equipment supply chain being impacted by COVID-19 she went over and above in sourcing the class of unit that we wanted. Justin was very efficient in installing our AC and his expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems was evident. He took the time to explain what he was doing, welcomed any questions we had and then walked is through everything when he was done.
