So I did this thing today... I am so tired of boiling over, not sleeping, doors not closing.. I found Lendrix Hvac through a fb ad on Beddington Buy and Sell, and contacted them. Justin, the owner was prompt to come by and explain things, give me a quote and help me to work with my condo board... Krystle, his wife, was very responsive to emails and questions I had. I should have done it sooner but sacrificed pride for comfort (stupid condo board).. I decided comfort and health needed to win out. I am glad I did. It is only been working an hour or so... and I already notice a difference in the house...
