I was planning to shop around to make sure I find the best deal for a new AC. However, after communicating with Krystle, I didn’t even care what other companies offered. I discussed with my husband and contacted her back right away without checking the quotes that other companies sent me.
Krystle was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive, professional and patient. She would answer thousands questions that you had.
Justin was also wonderful. He was so quick and efficient. He explained everything clearly, made sure I totally understand how to operate and maintain the new AC before he left.
I strongly recommend Lendrix for anyone who is considering getting a new AC.
