While here for a routine duct cleaning, Justin noticed that both the igniter and the motor on the furnace weren't functioning properly. I guess the home inspector missed it when we bought our place last year, but I'm sure happy I hired a professional to do routine maintenance! This repair probably saved us thousands down the road.
