I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response to my call and sending an employee to follow up on my concerns about possible animal damage to my roof (3 years after the roof was finished). It was especially impressive beecause the concern was small and unlikely to warrant a large scale project to fix. Global one was understanding of my concerns and availabilty and scheduled a time that worked for me. They were professional and provided photos of area to explain what they saw when they assessed my roof. It turns out that my roof is still in perfect condition years later!
