DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!

Dubinsky also goes by the name Edinburgh in Ottawa.

He was contracted to build a garage for me, excavation, foundation and framing. They ruined my front yard and then did the concrete work very poorly. They built the same wood frame wall wrong 3 times! And then before the framing was barely started, he texted me that he's dropping the job and that I should find someone else to finish it. He cost me over $25000 that I'll never get back!

And now I have employees of his threatening to put a lien on my house for lack of payment. I paid him, but he wasn't paying his guys!

I can't mention the name or phone number of the man who owns/manages the company and that's frustrating because he'll likely just change the name and do it again next year!

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!
