Panes Window Manufacturing

I originally wanted custom windows but it was going to be a very long wait for those over Xmas so I was able to find some in the stock order that I settled with. They are nice windows with good insulation. The large window came with some drill holes in it where a frame should be which is why I didn’t give this company 5 stars. Also got a side window which is not pictured.

Update! David, the owner, reached out to me and rectified this situation fully. He was unaware of the customer experience I had and was willing to do what needed to be done to create a happy customer in the end. If anyone has an issue with Panes Window Manufacturing, contact David directly, and he will solve any issue.

I can understand the difficulty of running a business and not always being privy to the details of every order. Especially the small ones. He assured me that he would deal directly with the customer service rep I had a bad experience with.

I went to pick up the new glass, and it was sitting at the back door waiting for me to pick up. The employee at the door quickly confirmed this was my order and helped me load into the truck

It was an easy ordering process. I was updated at each step of manufacture via email. My panes was shipped in a very sturdy box. Very happy. Will use them again.

Bought several glasses panes to replace the glasses panes in old windows. They are very good. You can tell the big difference now in the winter. The window in the picture is the example. The left side is old glass pane, the right side is the new glass pane from Panes Windows. There's 7.2 degrees temperature difference between the old and new glass panes in the same window. Their glass panes are good and at reasonable prices.

I needed two large panes of glass (72x54") to be replaced. Daryl provided professional service from quote to obtaining a contractor for installation. He also provided up to date communication on order status.

Our home is 100+ years old and had all the windows replaced besides the living room window. We shopped around for quotes from over half a dozen window manufacturers and decided on panes. We recieved quick service, great advice and the installer was professional and quick to finish the job(on the coldest day of 2022). Could not recommend this company any more. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Ordered 3 casement windows. Follow up was quick and the phone always answered almost immediately. It took 4 months from order to install but its understandable for the current situation we are all in. The installation was done by a pleasant person who took his time to do a neat job. Windows look great just as we had ordered. I will use them in the future for my basement windows that need replacing.
