Update! David, the owner, reached out to me and rectified this situation fully. He was unaware of the customer experience I had and was willing to do what needed to be done to create a happy customer in the end. If anyone has an issue with Panes Window Manufacturing, contact David directly, and he will solve any issue. I can understand the difficulty of running a business and not always being privy to the details of every order. Especially the small ones. He assured me that he would deal directly with the customer service rep I had a bad experience with. I went to pick up the new glass, and it was sitting at the back door waiting for me to pick up.
