Replace 35 yr. old Pella windows in 4 season sunroom. David provided the most information, best price and highest quality product for our project. Installation was timely and well done by install team. Installers were very polite and worked well with minimum mess and disruption. Clean up after install was great. We would definitely use Panes again should we require further window replacement.

I turned to Panes when I was disappointed with the pricing I was provided by my contractor for some very basic slide windows for my basement renovation. I was able to easily use the Panes website to build 3 custom windows which I would say were far superior in quality (frame insulation, argon, low E, etc) and more than half the price I was quoted by my GC (not including overhead!). In addition to the price, my GC tried to stick it to me by insisting they needed the windows weeks before they had originally said (after I had submitted the order on my own), one call to Panes and they were able to expedite the manufacturing to meet the rushed deadline. The service and courtesy was very much appreciated. The windows are now installed, they look great and I'm confident I made the right decision sourcing the windows myself, through Panes. Don't hesitate to give them a try.
