Panes Window Manufacturing

We decided to change windows of our whole house with brick to brick installation. Decided on Panes for two reasons, 1) a reasonable quote 2) the approach by David Beckman. He was very professional and also quick in completing the paperwork for Ontario Government rebate. Our new windows have given a new look to our house.

We decided to replace 8 of our windows and started looking for a company to do the work. After much research and getting a few quotes, we decided on Panes Window Manufacturing. We have to mention their website which gave us a good idea of the configuration and price for what we wanted. After meeting with David to discuss the details, we knew we had made the right choice. All our questions were answered honestly and the pricing was excellent. The installation was on time and went well. It was a really hot day but the installers worked very hard to get the job done properly. The windows are of excellent quality and look great. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommended for product, service, and installation !

I am so glad that I’d found Panes Windows and they did all windows for me. I’d been searching for a company to replace windows and got quite a few quotes. After I found Panes all other companies were out of the equation. Not only the prices were unbeatable and significantly lower than other companies offered, but the service was amazing. No pushing sales techniques, every question was answered, and additional questions, and more questions.
Their website is a gem! You can check all available styles, qualities, glass, casing, etc. It will give you all prices and installation cost. It is not that easy to find a company that provides all this information upfront and before a sales person gets to you with “very special offers”.
David, who came to discuss what we need, is a great person to deal with, always available to answer questions, never ignores messages and always returns phone calls. It is not that often after the contract is signed, right?
Even though the company had an extremely busy time and scheduling, our installation date was pretty quick. There were no changes, everything worked out on time.
The team of installers was very professional and polite, working fast and efficient. All the windows were done on the same day. They cleaned everything after the job was done.
Our windows look amazing; we even left the Panes’ stickers on the windows for a week so the other people can see the name of the company. I will highly recommend them for any windows job!

Excellent job!
Explained all the options clearly up front. Good quality, very nice looking windows (2 of their windows I had for over a year before I replaced the other 11) great performance in winter/summer.
Installers polite and professional – no damage anywhere, cleaned up after themselves (there was a lot of dust and debris from my 45-year old crappy windows), accurate caulking everywhere, very neat aluminum trim outside. One of my basement windows is abstracted by deck from outside. Other windows providers were scratching their heads not sure what to do there, Panes Window Manufacturing just came and did it – no problem for them.
We are very happy with this choice of provider/product.

Extremely pleased with the overall transaction all the way from ordering to installation.
I had no clue how to pick windows, how to measure or what material to use. Panes windows website was exceptionaly easy to use and in no time i measured and submitted my order. Had to contact their office for minor corrections and David was very pleasant, helpful and suggestive.
The installation was sooner then anticipated and performed on top level. We had 3 installers who were collaborating amongst each other, ensured they covered all areas to remove the old windows. After demolition, new windows were installed in no time and the house was left almost spotless(obviously we had to wipe some dust, clean but that was expected).
The new windows are amazing and we are very happy. I already recommended my collegues at work to get a quote from Panes using their easy to use mobile app.
