Pretty easy website to negotiate. Awning window is really nice. Window was ready before due date. Very helpful service when picking up the window. All in all, a great experience.

They sent me the wrong size jamb extensions, didn’t notice till I had the window installed. So they made the right size, sent it to Daryl at HomeTech, and he came out and replaced them for me. Did a good job! No complaints here

Needed to replace a broken bathroom window. Ordered a frosted glass insert online. Was contacted by company shortly after to confirm custom option (I requested a black spacer instead of silver). They completed order in a week or so as promised. The glass matched the original one from builder. Overall, I had great experience with the company, great communication.

I was able to order replacement panes for a large window. I chose the size, available in unlimited increments, the type of glass etc. Thus saved me hundreds of dollars over replacing the entire window. These windows are perfect and the customer service was amazing. I was sceptical because I found this company online but I will definitely buy from them again.

The outer glass on a small window was broken, I called Panes Windows and they guided me to get exact measurements. I ordered the double pane glass and was custom manufactured in time as they promised, picked up the window and installed it. The fit was perfect and the price was reasonable. I now have a new window for a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire window as I was quoted by a windows contractors. Thank you Pane Windows Manufacturing.

Very good price, I am lucky enough to close enough to their Mississauga facility that I went in and ordered in person. Quick turnaround, installed it myself, great pricing.

My old window lost its seal and fogged up, so I called Panes Window Manufacturing and inquired about replacing the glass. I spoke with David, the General Manager, on several occasions. He provided the expertise needed to ensure I purchased the proper window. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. When I picked up the window, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The installation of the window was simple.
