My old window lost its seal and fogged up, so I called Panes Window Manufacturing and inquired about replacing the glass. I spoke with David, the General Manager, on several occasions. He provided the expertise needed to ensure I purchased the proper window. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. When I picked up the window, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The installation of the window was simple.
I will replace several other damaged windows in the spring and recommend Panes Window Manufacturing to anyone purchasing windows.
