Next Generation Painting

I recently hired Next Generation Painting to paint the exterior of my house. At the time, the house was 106 years old and the exterior had been restored and all re-done. I had hired many contractors before and had some bad experiences. I had hired a previous painter who did a terrible job and cut corners. I need someone to re-paint the house again. Therefore, I was looking for someone to properly paint the exterior, using industry standards and quality workmanship in order to get the job done. Farhad, the owner of Next Generation Painting came highly recommended to me by two experienced interior designers. They raved about him and so, I decided to give him a call.

He was prompt in getting back to me and we made an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on the date and exact time that he said that he would which went a long way for me, considering some contractors don’t even show up when they are supposed to, nor do they call to cancel. I gave him a list of things that I wanted done and we walked around the house and I told him what I wanted as well. He assessed the property and then got back to me with an estimate. He assured me that he uses quality paint such as Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. He got back to me promptly and I gave him the contract and I am glad that I did.

I wanted the house to be painted during a sunny period and I also wanted the painter to be at the house on a consistent basis, day after day, to make sure that the job would get done. He did excellent on this note. He properly prepped the outside of the house, using proper masking and taping. He covered all of the windows properly. He primed the house, caulked it, sanded it and then painted it. He was very professional, from beginning to end. He showed up on time, each and every day and that goes a long way, most especially when you are dealing with contractors. Next Generation Painting cleaned up after they were done and they repeatedly asked throughout the project, if anything needed fixing and they offered to fix it because they want to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I was very satisfied and have continued to recommend Next Generation Painting. Many people walk by my house and compliment the paint job!

He finished the job earlier than expected and I even told my neighbours about him because he was that good. They too used him and were satisfied with the work that Next Generation Painting performed.

I was very nervous before I start the renovation I wasn't sure if I could find find someone to complete the project on time since I have already promised to lease the place in one month time. I was blown away by their pantuality and efficiency not to mention their reasonable price the price was 10 to 15% cheaper then other contractors. I was really happy with both the owener and his partner.
