Completely Unprofessional, Did Not Complete the Work and Does Not Respond to calls

Adam and his company was hired by my contractor to rewire my entire house.
He partially completed the work and then never returned.
He does not return phone calls or emails and is now unreachable.
Adam and his company are very unprofessional!
