I have used this company twice over the past few years and I will definitely use them for as long as they are around. The first time I used Available Roofing, I needed to have an old furnace stack removed from the roof. Generally a small job and many companies avoid small jobs or charge way more than one would care to pay for the job. Joe and his crew were very quick to respond to all my concerns and within a week the job was done. They did an excellent job and was very pleased with how the whole event took place from start to finish.
A couple of years later, I found I was in need of another relatively small job. I needed the eavestrough replaced on a shed that I have in the back. Again, Available Roofing stepped up to the plate whereas other companies persuaded me not to pursue them because the job was too small and would charge an outrageous amount to come out. Called Joe and again, response was very quick and Leo and a crew came out and the job was done. All within a week. This company cares and they deserve the credit. Contacted available roofing to replace a damaged cap and fix flashing on my 140+ year old house. They were very quick to respond, quote was reasonable and they came to fix the roof as soon as possible.

The job is very good, no issues with it, looks great from the street, they cleaned up the site so it looks like they were never there. Price was reasonable for the situation they had to deal with (bad flashing, damaged cap, some rotten wooden components, incorrect flashing installed by previous company).

Roof is now waterproof and looks amazing.

They responded, asked for a date, I responded, next morning... 27 days ago. Never heard back from them.

I called five roofers about a leak in my roof. Joe was the only one who responded. The problem was a poor bathroom vent installation that resulted in water on the bathroom floor when it rains. Knowing there was rain in the forecast, Joe identified the problem and caulked around the vent to prevent further leakage. His crew came back the next day and installed a new vent and shingles for a permanent fix. The whole thing was done within 3 days of my call at a reasonable price. I’d recommend Available Roofing to anyone.

After a big wind storm tore off some of our tired, old shingles I called Joe to come redo the roof (he had done my front porch last year). You always hope this kind of thing will go perfectly, but sometimes things don't. I noticed something that didn't look 100%, so Joe came over and inspected the job top to bottom and pointed out a few things he felt didn't met his standard. He showed me pictures of a couple of issues way up on top of the house I would never have seen (and even if I had, it was technical stuff I might not have known weren't OK). So he ended up sending his people back twice (at no extra charge to his already very reasonable quote) until he felt we had gotten a result that lived up to his expectations and that I was happy with. Everyone makes mistakes, but what often separates us is how we address them. I can confidently say I've never worked with someone who was as committed to making things right as Joe is. I would work with him again anytime.
