The workers are trained professionals and respectful to all our clients. We completed the job as quickly as possible with the utmost respect for your aunt. The problem is that she was guiding us to put interlock on soil and other such suggestions with no knowledge of construction. Had we listened to her, the interlock stone would collapse in a week. We did a proper base exceeding market standards. As always, we stand by our work and even projects that we completed 5 years ago, still look like they are brand new. Your aunt kept expanding the scope of work with complete disregard for project timelines. We gave her an extra two days of labour at no extra cost. All items were present in the contract and we went over it many times before signing. We are cognizant of the fact that we can't satisfy clients that have ridiculous expectations and are not willing to pay the market price for work.
