We renovated our condominium 2 years ago and have had ongoing problems ever since. We initially contacted the contractor to advise that our kitchen cupboards were chipping and cracking. They came out once and resolved a water bubble on the drawer which they said was caused by a poorly-installed dishwasher (which they installed). However, this proved not to be the reason. Our problems with this company continued to escalate, but when we called again and again, they didn’t respond. More recently, the hardwood floor they installed shifted and now has gaps in several areas. Additionally, the base of our wood pantry splintered. We contacted the contractor again, and he replied that since it’s been 2 years, he attempted to blame me, suggesting that it’s probably my fault and that "maybe you have been moving furniture around and this caused the floor problem."
Our kitchen renovation was a very expensive investment and it’s deteriorated in areas that are not involved in day-to-day use (i.e., base of cupboard).
Trying to get responses or action from this company early after their "completion" of our renovation had proven impossible and out of sheer frustration, we let it go for a while.
However, two years later, our problems continue to escalate, with new issues cropping up. Unfortunately, customer service is not something this company understands.
